The University Counseling Center Staff Assistant will assist in scheduling appointments for all counseling services, including ongoing counseling appointments, psychiatric services, sport psychology services, nutritional counseling and group counseling; maintain the department''s electronic schedule; and assist with entry of all client contacts in the electronic medical record keeping system; answer phone calls and assist with office projects. To support the current operational needs in the University Counseling Center, University Health Services and the McDonald Center for Student Well-being, Student Health and Wellness is hiring Staff Assistants to support front office and receptionist duties as well as special projects.
