Assists clients with non-medical personal care they cannot independently perform to preserve good personal hygiene while maintaining a healthful, safe environment, including but not limited to some or all of the following: bathing, dressing, feeding, exercising, personal hygiene and grooming, transferring, ambulating, positioning, toileting and incontinence care, assisting with medication that the client self-administers, meal planning and preparation, transportation, correspondence, making telephone calls, laundry, shopping for personal care items or groceries, and light housekeeping of areas of the residence client uses subject to the terms of this job description.
