In coordination with the VP of Planning, AVP of Planning, Design & Construction and the Senior Director of Project Planning, is responsible for developing and implementing a growth strategy that will enable Planning, Design & Construction to successfully execute the Campus Framework Masterplan, Executive Park development, off-campus leased site projects, and Emory Healthcare projects. JOB DESCRIPTION: + Reporting to the Associate Vice President for Planning, Design and Construction, provides collaboration, communication and leadership in support of Emory University's capital and non-capital construction programs, focusing on projects from $2 million and above, but also including renovation projects and deferred maintenance projects, through project completion and closeout.
