Build and lead the Construction & Design CoE Training Academy, creating scalable learning programs that build capability across project delivery, sourcing, design, construction, governance, and business systems while establishing a consistent "one best way of working" across the organization. Develop and manage a network of subject matter experts, facilitators, and business leaders, coordinating curriculum, presenters, learning events, job aids, office hours, and knowledge resources to ensure high-quality training content and broad organizational adoption.
