Qualifications:

Acceptable licenses include:    o New Jersey State Board of Social Work Examiners:          § LCSW – Licensed Clinical Social Worker     o New Jersey Professional Counselor Examiners Committee:          § LPC – Licensed Professional Counselor    o New Jersey State Board of Marriage and Family Therapy Examiners:          § LMFT – Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist    o New Jersey State Board of Psychological Examiners:          § Licensed Psychologist (PhD) </li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field. </li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">5+ years of professional experience in the EAP/mental health/substance abuse/behavioral health field. </li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">Critical Incident Response certificate.</li><li style="font-family:'arial' , 'helvetica' , sans-serif;font-size:10pt">As required by federal contracting requirements, this role requires the ability to successfully complete a federal background investigation.
