Essential functions include, and are not limited to the following: Performs daily duties to include preparing food items, washing, chopping, mixing, cooking, assemble of recipe items and prepare for service, serving meals to customers, running cash register, cleaning of kitchen and equipment, and washing dishes, pots, utensils, etc. Physical Conditions & Nature of Work Contacts: Works typically in a school cafeteria setting with kitchen, serving line and storage areas.
