40% - Assist credit, non-credit, and clock-hour new and continuing students in person, over the phone, and via email with all enrollment services functions and processes, including, but not limited to, admissions, placement testing, registration, academic advisement, community education, and financial aid; review and determine residency; process lawful presence and ID authentication documentation; student ID card processing, tracking, and follow-up; MEID/password reactivation process; and scan and record documents in Laserfiche, Ul8, and Special Admissions applications. 15% - Process and evaluate transcripts; determine equivalencies of transfer credit; respond to enrollment verification requests, program plan changes, and class permissions; respond to emails and online requests; and process documents/requests using Dynamic Forms.
