This position is responsible for the administration, compliance, and operational oversight of the University's student health insurance program, requiring independent judgment, applied employee‑benefits expertise, and coordination across multiple functional areas to ensure accurate enrollment, regulatory compliance, financial integrity, and effective service delivery. Serving as the primary point of contact for the SHIP program, the Administrator provides responsive, service‑oriented support to students, parents, and university personnel, offering guidance, clarifying requirements, and helping individuals navigate the insurance process with confidence and care.
