As a director in the Student Affairs team, works closely with the Vice President of Student Affairs/Dean of Students, Associate Vice President of Student Affairs, and other directors to shape a positive university experience for students in all areas of student life, student engagement, student success, and student learning. Provide leadership in the development of policies, procedures, programs, and services; Supervises, trains, and guides two Assistant Directors of Student Accessibility and Case Manager and the Testing and Accommodation Coordinator; provide on-going direction and annual evaluations.
