Job ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of the Manager of Student Services are to lead, progress monitor, and support Multilingual Coordinators, Case Managers/Deans of Student Services, campus staff, and Principals as they collectively aim to tackle: Meeting Multilingual and Special Education compliance metrics that support Charter Renewal and compliance with ISBE, CPS, and Federal law. Ongoing advocacy and development, including direct involvement in professional development and building campus expertise through Network and Campus-specific trainings, in addition to advocacy for our MLs and students with diverse needs, and supporting Noble’s anti-racist commitments. li> Prepare and present programming activities and workshops for F-1 students, refugees/asylees, and those on other visa statuses which assist with student acculturation & navigating college resources. Essential Duties: Identify and recruit potential program participants (classroom visits, mailings, phone calls), conduct student intake and assessments, provide support and guidance for assigned TRIO students, and maintain student documentation.
