div>- Be available to assist the Promotions and Communications team, as needed outside of normal office hours, with on-campus events (Study Abroad Fair, Global Focus Week, Workshops, Trainings, and other promotional tabling.) including but not limited to set up, event participation, tear down, and the reorganization of materials upon completion of event(s).
Support the full-time staff of the Office of Spiritual Development by completing professional administrative tasks to enhance and fulfill the department outcomes.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES. - Support department staff with general business administration and customer support for the office’s goals and objectives.
Assist the administration in implementing all policies and rules governing student life and conduct and, for the classroom, develops reasonable rules of classroom behavior and procedure, and maintain order in the classroom in a fair and just manner. Guide the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and in harmony with the goals, establish clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects and the like to communicate these objectives to students.

Must have the ability to sit and stand for extended periods of time; exhibit manual dexterity to dial a telephone, to enter data into a computer, and to perform required tasks; see and read a computer screen and printed material with or without vision aids; hear and understand speech at normal levels, speak in audible tones so that others may understand clearly; physical agility to lift up to 25 pounds; to bend, to stoop, to climb stairs, to walk and to reach overhead. Provide a structured, safe, and supportive learning environment for all students and use proactive strategies to support students by implementing behavior supports and individualized behavior plans as needed.
