Candidates are supposed to be involved in research activities such as conducting independent literature reviews and studying advanced research in representation theory under the supervision of Dr. Ngo, constructing examples or counterexamples to conjectures, developing and verifying proofs of related results to the project, participating in research discussions with the principal investigator and student collaborators, presenting proof strategies and approaches, help with preparation for research manuscript or presentations.
