The manager will have direct budget responsibility, and day to day Management for approximately 15-20 Engineers, which will include the following responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary Manufacturing Engineering representative supporting the integration of engineering definition, product requirements, and configuration changes into manufacturing work instructions, visual aids, and shop floor execution systems. Basic Qualifications: Must have a Bachelors Degree AND 5 years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings application, and/or production manufacturing OR Master's Degree AND 3 years of engineering experience in production assembly/fabrication including composites, metallic, coatings application, and/or production manufacturing.
