Doctorate or Masters degree in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field (e.g., Computer Programming and Networking, Computer Science, Digital Systems and Signal Processing, Software Engineering, Technology Integration and Analysis); or Masters degree and 18 graduate semester hours in Electrical or Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering or related field (e.g., Computer Programming and Networking, Computer Science, Digital Systems and Signal Processing, Software Engineering, Technology Integration and Analysis).
