365 Freight USA is hiring recent CDL-A graduates and newly licensed drivers for a paid 4 to 6 week mentor program that leads to solo regional driving. This is a strong first step for new drivers who want hands-on road training, modern equipment, full benefits after training, and a clear path into regional routes across the Midwest and East. If you are ready to build safe driving habits and move into a steady solo role, we want to hear from you.What this lane offers<ul><li>
Paid 4 to 6 week mentor training with an experienced driver

$1,600 to $1,800 per week after successful completion of training
</li><li>
Weekly pay by direct deposit
