Duties & Responsibilities • Develop Merchandise Specialist schedule based on event projections • Oversee inventory count-in and count-out procedures • Support successful sales operations at each event by training, mentoring, and motivating Merchandise Specialists team • Ensure merchandise stands always remain clean and presentable and displays meet or exceed expectations • Perform physical duties as required by the role, such as moving equipment or transferring merchandise between locations • Complete all required reports in a timely manner, including pre-show, post-show, and payroll reports • Communicate with Venue Management and Merchandise Management team • Ensure team compliance with Live Nation policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations. Skills & Qualifications • Merchandise Supervisors must have refined communication and interpersonal skills • Merchandise Supervisors are detail-oriented and highly organized • Merchandise Supervisors are guest-centric and able to respond to requests and concerns in a professional manner • Merchandise Supervisors must be team-driven and possess advanced leadership adeptness with the ability to train and mentor in a positive manner • Merchandise Supervisors must have basic business proficiency with an understanding of the importance of forecasting and timely reporting.
