The Plant Manager provides strong on-site leadership and ensures effective alignment between Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality, Finance, HR, and other support functions. The role leads mechanical assembly, electrical assembly, warehouse operations, and production planning, with accountability for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Productivity.
