Repairs and conducts preventive and regular maintenance of buildings, furniture, fixtures, and equipment, and ensure department tasks are completed in compliance with grant, OSHA,or other ODM related policies. Graduation within skilled trade preferred; or, experience demonstrating advanced level of understanding in building maintenance, carpentry, electrical and/or plumbing required to determine accuracy and acceptability of work by team.
