Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center is seeking a Director of Facilities Services to provide strategic and operational leadership for all facility operations, plant operations, engineering services, utilities, infrastructure, and maintenance functions across the hospital campus. Additionally, the Director provides leadership for team member development, employee engagement, budget management, quality improvement initiatives, human resource compliance, and continuous readiness for local, state, federal, and accrediting agency inspections and surveys.
