Knowledge of building trade operations, building automated systems, HVAC systems, chiller and boiler operations, emergency generator and auto transfer switch service, grounds keeping, construction, current maintenance practices, and work control methods. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: A bachelor''s degree in business administration, engineering, facilities management, or related field and eight years of general building / facilities maintenance experience, which includes five years of supervisory experience, OR an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
