The Staff Program Manager partners with program sponsors, business leaders, product teams, technology teams, operations, and other stakeholders to define success, establish effective governance, and maintain alignment throughout the program lifecycle. Working within a value-stream model, this role connects strategy to execution by coordinating teams, resources, milestones, dependencies, risks, and organizational readiness across multiple initiatives and lines of business.
