The Executive Director provides comprehensive leadership and operational oversight for all facilities management functions within the designated MUHA Charleston Region which includes all Charleston campus hospital, ambulatory surgical, specialty, free standing emergency department (ED), and primary care sites; the Nexton Hospital campus, the Orangeburg Regional Medical Center, its free-standing Emergency Department, and associated facilities exceeding 5.1M sq ft of buildings, 100+ direct maintenance and auxiliary staff, and annual operating budgets in excess of $63M. The Executive Director provides leadership and planning for capital infrastructure renewal projects across Charleston RHN facilities exceeding $15M annually and develops, administers, and monitors department staffing and operational budgets exceeding $63M annually.
