Act as primary point of contact for all shipments arriving on campus, receives and unloads all incoming materials, uses RFSmart technology and bar-code system to manage accurate inventory levels, inspects and ensures material for quality and specifications and follow ups with the vendor regarding damaged and incorrect shipments, prepares shipments for postal and commercial conveyance, selects appropriate shipping containers, and packs items to ensure safe delivery.
