Qualifications include a bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered; a minimum of five (5) years of progressively responsible experience managing construction or renovation projects; experience serving as a project manager or in a comparable leadership role; demonstrated expertise in renovation and construction management, site planning, and permitting processes; comprehensive knowledge of building trades and physical plant operations; a proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects; strong organizational, budgeting, and communication skills; experience in higher education or institutional facilities preferred; and a valid Pennsylvania driver's license is required.
