Must possess good organizational skills, communication skills and a working knowledge with small engine maint, vehicle maint, plumbing, HVAC, finish carpentry, lighting and electric repair, agricultural methods, etc. Ability to lift up to 75 pounds and perform physically demanding work, including climbing ladders, working outdoors in all weather conditions, kneeling, bending, and prolonged standing.
