Replace and repair deck boards and other exterior wood structures • Mend and reinforce wooden fences and gates • Repair parking lot wire barriers and related hardware • Perform small concrete repairs (patching, minor forming, surface repairs) • Mount and install hardware, signage, brackets, and fixtures • Perform general facilities repairs as needed (minor carpentry, basic metal work, light demolition) • Identify potential maintenance issues and recommend solutions • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area • Coordinate with venue management regarding project timelines and priorities. Prior experience in facilities maintenance, construction, or skilled trades Strong working knowledge of carpentry, basic concrete work, and general repairs Ability to safely use hand tools and power tools Comfortable working outdoors in summer conditions Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable, punctual, and responsive when called for work Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and perform physical tasks.
