Vital signs/chart/history: appropriately interpret vital signs in normal postpartum patient and in patient with complications including hypertension, bleeding, infection; appropriately interpret postpartum symptoms/issues including bleeding, lactation, extremity edema and tenderness. Within the Brigham Obstetrics & Gynecology Group (BOGG), the PA is part of the care team, which supports attending physicians, fellows, and residents in the medical management of patients in both the inpatient and outpatient settings.
