This role is a key collaborator with internal and external business partners in the development and evolution of a portfolio of vehicle specifications that enables optimal business performance.This position is responsible for the development and implementation of strategies to support the most cost-effective planning, maintenance, and deployment of fleet assets.<ul><li>Fleet Management Strategies: Develop and implement fleet management strategies and policies to ensure the smooth operation of the company’s fleet department.</li><li>Maintenance and Repairs: Oversee and coordinate the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles, equipment, and machinery to ensure fleet readiness and minimize downtime.</li><li>Cost Optimization: Monitor and analyze fleet utilization, fuel consumption, and maintenance costs to identify areas of improvement and implement cost-saving measures.</li><li>Stakeholder Relationships: Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders (suppliers, vendors, regulatory authorities) to ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.</li><li>Alignment with Business Objectives: Coordinate with various departments within the organization to ensure fleet operations align with business objectives and requirements.
