The Operations Manager serves as a subject matter expert for deposit operations, electronic payments, legal processing, account restrictions, dispute management, and regulatory compliance while working closely with branch personnel, fraud management, compliance, accounting, and executive leadership. Manage and oversee the daily operations for check clearing, ACH processing, transaction processing, debit card operations, remote deposit capture, wires, internet banking, and reconciliation within the required timeframes and troubleshoot item processing issues.
