Position Overview: As a Facilities Technician at Galen College of Nursing, you will perform routine maintenance of campus facility and equipment; assists with security coverage; assembles and/or repairs doors, locks, tables, and other items as needed; obtains estimates for outside vendors for management approval; replace light bulbs and supplies; paint and repair walls, door frames; performs ancillary custodial duties; follow daily, weekly, and quarterly cleaning and maintenance schedule; and maintain a secure and comfortable campus climate for students, faculty and staff.
