Collaborates closely with peer Deans regarding school-wide initiatives, student support strategy, institutional communication, and strategic decision-making while maintaining primary ownership and accountability within assigned student life and school culture leadership areas. Ability to function effectively as part of a collaborative Dean team, working alongside two peer Deans to ensure cohesive leadership, shared decision-making, and consistent support for students, faculty, and families across the school.
