The Dean of University College for Student Success provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for all programs and services housed within the University College, which is dedicated to supporting first-year students, transfer students, and those in transitional academic phases. Provide executive leadership for the planning, implementation, and assessment of all University College programs and services, including academic advising, first-year experience, orientation, learning communities, tutoring, and student success initiatives.
