Who You Are: Have a high school diploma or GED equivalent and/or a minimum of two (2) years as a journey-level worker with experience in the installation, maintenance, and repair of building operating systems and facilities; OR an equivalent combination of education, formal training, and experience, including a license or mastery of trade, ex. Performs skilled worked related to their specific field or trade and persons semi-skilled technical duties such as the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, electronics, carpentry, security, and related facility systems and components.
