A one-time longevity bonus is paid in June and continues at the following milestones:
5th, 10th, 15th, 20th, 25th year, and every five years thereafter. In addition, employees receive a guaranteed 3% annual salary increase each year through FY29, providing predictability, stability, and long-term earning growth.
