Responsibilities include: • Assisting in Computer deployment ticketing • Assisting in OS installation, configuration, and testing of end-user desktop computing hardware and software • Assisting in end-user desktop customization and delivery • Assisting with equipment inventory and auditing • Technical writing • Assisting in the development of process and equipment documentation • Assisting with software package updating, development, and testing • Assisting with various initiatives and other duties as assigned. Required skills and experience include: • Excellent communication, customer service, technical writing, and organizational skills • Preferred skills and experience include: • Configuration, installation, and support of desktop computing equipment • Programming • Microsoft Windows and Linux systems in a domain environment.
