The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal skills, verbal, and written communication skills when providing information and responding to questions from students/faculty/staff and the general public, a high level of discipline, computer and office skills, the ability to work with databases, and is detail oriented and able to meet deadlines. Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing; define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions; and effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
