Summary This position provides support to the Financial Aid Department Duties and Responsibilities <ul><li>Adhere to regulatory and Institutional policies and procedures. </li><li>Attend and participate in new student orientations. </li><li>Other duties and projects as assigned. </li></ul>Qualifications Education: Enrolled in a University of Silicon Valley degree program. Essential Duties: <ul><li>Must be customer service oriented. Navigator is seeking a dedicated, passionate Special Education leader who is driven to impact the lives of traditionally underserved students. The Director of Student Services will ensure top-quality services are provided to all students. This position is responsible for the effective coordination, delivery, evaluation, and refinement of Individual Education Plan (IEP) services across all Navigator Schools, as well as other services supporting a successful full inclusion education model. Student services programs include student health services, psychological services, guidance services, and other services related to student well-being and safety. The Director of Student Services will be an essential member of the senior leadership team and a collaborative teammate in the work to provide an educational environment where all students succeed and can achieve their full potential.Requirements:<ul><li>Bachelor’s Degree and a valid California Special Education Credential required</li><li>Graduate degree a plus, 5+ years of Special Education leadership experience working with a diverse student population required</li><li>Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
