The LCSW, LPC, LMFT offers consultation to the medical provider to provide brief intervention services and symptom management for conditions commonly found in the primary care setting (Anxiety, Depression, Chronic Stress, Substance Abuse, etc.). Family First Health operates using an integrated service model, and our LCSW, LPC, LMFT providers work alongside our medical providers to provide mental health treatment in a primary care setting.
