The Program Adviser assists the TRIO Upward Bound Program Director in providing academic, career and postsecondary education advising and support to program participants who are low income & first generation and have an academic need. The primary objective is to prepare high school students academically for successful entry into college persistence and completion of a baccalaureate degree. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Sociology, or related field and may involve occasional evening and weekend work.
