The position serves as the clinical subject matter expert for workforce and student health and supports system-wide regulatory readiness and clinical quality initiatives.</p><h4>Required Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Bachelor of Science
<ul><li>In Nursing (BSN) or related field</li></ul></li><li><p>3–5 years clinical experience in occupational or student health or a supervisory nursing role in a health system</p></li></ul><p><strong>Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:</strong></p><ul><li>Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Professional Nurse in the State of OK or eligible to become licensed prior to initiation of duties.  </li><li>Valid Driver License </li><li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (Certified as an Instructor or shortly upon hire)</li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent assessment, computer, communication, writing, training, and organizational skills.  </li></ul><h4>Preferred Qualifications</h4><ul><li>Master's
<ul><li>Nurse, Certifications in Occupational Health or equivalent  </li></ul></li><li>Experience in academic medical centers or multi-site healthcare systems</li></ul><p><strong>Certifications, Registrations, and/or Licenses:</strong></p><ul><li>Certification in Occupational Health Nursing (COHN or COHN-S)</li><li>Certification in Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) (Instructor preferred)</li><li>Certification in Advanced Cardiovascular Support (ACLS) (Instructor preferred)  </li></ul><p><strong>Skills, Proficiencies, and/or Knowledge:</strong></p><ul><li>Excellent clinical assessment skills; interpersonal communication skills and written planning and documentation skills. Demonstrated proficiency with computer applications/software. </li></ul>
