Skills, Licenses, and/or competencies required:Bilingual in English and SpanishComfort using technology and inputting data, including working knowledge of WhatsApp, MS Office (i.e., Microsoft Word, Excel), Microsoft Office 365, Google Drive Suite, Zoom, and Canva; Ability to prioritize multiple competing tasks; Highly motivated and self-starter; Excellent oral and written communication skills, ability to communicate politely and professionally with staff, volunteers, learners, external partners, as well as the public; and. Programming includes daily ESOL classes at multiple proficiency levels, citizenship preparation classes, computer skills classes, individual conversation practice, and specialized off-site community programming for vulnerable communities throughout the city.
