Under the general supervision of the Assistant Controller, the General Accountant will be responsible for various financial tasks, including daily sales and production reporting, state sales and use tax filings, rebate and commission accruals and reporting, bank reconciliations, general journal posting, and petty cash management. Based on the founding principles of McWane in 1920, it is expected that all team members will know and exhibit the eight principles of The McWane Way: Safety, Environment, Leadership, Accountability, Excellence, Trust, Teamwork, and Communication as well as the values and behaviors supporting these principles.
