KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Keep the office clean, manage the flow of the office, patients and phone calls, monitor and order supplies, communicate with vendors, fax/copy/scan as needed, enter patient information into the computer (EMR). Our state-of-the-art facility also features a thriving IV infusion center and a modern medical spa offering Botox, dermal fillers, lasers, Hydrafacials, and other advanced aesthetic treatments.
