p>What We're Looking For: • Excellent customer service and communication skills; prior service or administrative experience preferred • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities • Comfort using computer systems, membership software, and mobile applications (Fusion experience preferred) • Professionalism, reliability, and discretion when handling member information • Ability to work collaboratively with students, faculty/staff, alumni, community members, and campus partners. You'll work closely with the Assistant Director of Memberships and the recreation facilities team, serving as a trusted, knowledgeable point of contact for membership services across Duke's recreation centers.
