Job Summary: Location: Methodist College Address: 720 N. 87th St. - Omaha, NE Work schedule: Flexible schedule, approx. 18 to 20 hours/week, during weekday daytime hours. This is a grant funded position for the summer with potential for continuation into the 2026-27 academic year. Provides admin support to program staff and students. Responsibilities: Essential Job Functions 1. Support program personnel in organizing and managing student data. <ul><li>Create and assemble student paper files. </li><li>Enter student data in online Student Access database. </li></ul>2. Support program personnel in maintaining the program and program resources. <ul><li>Provide clerical assistance to staff, as needed. This may include photocopying and assembling packets. </li><li>Maintain a record of program resources. </li><li>Assist program participants with questions and concerns as needed. </li></ul>3.
