Working alongside the Director to provide expertise and support, major responsibilities include: advising and counseling of students; developing and executing student programming; functioning as a liaison with University faculty, supervisors, and internal and external constituents; monitoring and evaluating student services and operational effectiveness, and; supervising a team of undergraduate and graduate student workers providing critical services.
