While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to communicate professionally in person, over the telephone, through email and other electronic means, move about the office, the University, and at various off campus sites including overnight travel, handle various type of media and equipment, and visually or otherwise identify, observe, and assess. The Student Success & Academic Engagement Front Desk Student Assistant provides welcoming, high-quality customer service and administrative support for the division while serving as a key point of contact for students, families, faculty, staff, and community visitors.
