This position requires strong leadership, professionalism, and communication skills to manage SAP, graduate and professional aid processing, aid counseling and resolving complex aid processing and eligibility issues while serving students, faculty, and staff. This role provides quality service and information regarding the full spectrum of student financial aid (SFA) resources to graduate and professional students, their families, University academic and business offices, and outside agencies.
