In this role, you'll design, build, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure backend services that support how Ro delivers care, including systems for patient-provider communication, appointment scheduling, task routing, and care operations workflows increasingly powered by AI and intelligent automation. You'll partner closely with product, design, data, clinical, and care operations teams to build high-quality, compliant systems that reduce manual effort, improve accuracy, and help Ro scale care delivery for millions of patients.
