Specialized Experience is defined as minimal knowledge of pertinent laws, regulations, policies and precedents which affect processes and operations; and basic experience conducting detailed analyses of complex issues, organizational principles, project management, researching, working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter and creating and writing news releases and articles; basic information exchange in various methods and styles such as writing, presenting, and utilizing various social media networking, software, and technical platforms. Specialized Experience is defined as broad knowledge of pertinent law, regulations, policies and precedents which affect processes and operations; and intermediate experience conducting detailed analyses of complex issues, broad understanding of organizational principles and project management, researching, working knowledge of Facebook and Twitter and creating and writing news releases and articles; understanding of information exchange methods such as writing, presenting and utilizing various social media networking platforms.
